Return Policy

Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unopened products in their original condition when the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return

Email hello@punchplate.com with your order number and reason for the return. Wait for authorization before shipping anything. We provide the return address and instructions only after the return is approved.

For an ordinary eligible return, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear.

Items that are not returnable

• Used or marked products
• Art and custom orders

We do not offer direct exchanges. To choose a different item, return the eligible unopened product and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact hello@punchplate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Wait for our instructions before returning the item.

Keep recovery material private: Never email recovery words, word-list numbers, passphrases, shares, or photos of a marked plate. If photos are needed, show only the exterior package or an unmarked, non-sensitive part of the product.
