Privacy Center
Choose what Punchplate keeps with your account. You can minimize details saved for future orders while keeping your login email, or ask us to erase identifying information associated with your customer history.
Keep my email, remove saved details
In your signed-in Profile, the Punchplate privacy control can change your saved name to Current Resident and permanently remove every saved delivery address. Your email stays available for account access and essential communication.
This affects future account autofill. It does not rewrite completed orders, billing records, or information held separately by a payment or wallet provider.
Erase my personal data
Sign in, open Profile, and choose Erase my data. After you confirm, Punchplate receives a request linked to your customer profile for review and submission through our secure erasure process.
Erasure is intended to remove identifying details such as your name, email, phone number, and addresses. The customer profile and non-identifying order history can remain, and information needed for open transactions, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, warranty, recalls, product safety, or other legal obligations may be retained.
If you cannot sign in, contact Punchplate for help with a verified privacy request. Erasing store data does not erase information held through a separate relationship with a payment wallet, Shop, or Shop Pay.
Our 90-day privacy review
We flag customer profiles for staff review when the most recent order becomes 90 days old. The reminder is not automatic deletion and does not override open orders, subscriptions, disputes, chargeback periods, tax or accounting duties, product-safety needs, or other legal retention requirements.
What these controls do not change
Editing or minimizing your saved profile does not rewrite a completed order. Saved card or wallet information must be controlled through the provider that holds it. Use the erasure control above when you want Punchplate to begin the broader process.
Keep recovery material private: Never include recovery words, passphrases, word-list numbers, shares, private keys, or photographs of a marked plate in a privacy or support request.
